Shire Velvet Wrap Jacket is made with a beautiful teal velvet fabric. The drape on this jacket has a lot of flow which creates a beautiful dramatic drape. The lining on this jacket is made with a smooth matte burgundy lycra fabric. The sleeves are made out the same matching smooth burgundy Lycra. This jacket is very stunning and will turn heads.
